Truffle hunting
Enjoy a day in a quest to find this luxurious and sought after gem from the Earth. Istria is well known for their truffles, both black and white, and has a long standing tradition in the fine art of truffle hunting.
Join us on a hunt thought majestic river Mirna valley and venture out with guides and their four legged specialist in search for this precious delicacy. You will search for truffles and be rewarded for you hard work with delicious homemade lunch, star of which will be the truffle… perhaps even the one you find on your adventure. Top it off with a visit to a family owned distillery, learn about unique Istrian spirits and how they are made; finishing it off with putting the knowledge to a test with a liquor tasting in the distillery.
